You do not seem to have Google Gears installed. You must first install Google Gears for this demo to work.

Google Gears is currently broken with FireFox 3.5.x. Dropping an image below will not upload it. Instead browser open the image. This should be fixed in next Google Gears release. Older version of FireFox will work just fine.
