There still seems to be some confusion about this because
of the CJNN article. If you need to contact the list
maintainer (technical issues, policy issues, problems
etc.) contact _me_ not Thomas O'Dowd. I am the list
maintainer, there was just a mixup in CJNN article which
was corrected later.
Thomas was however first members of the list. The list
was started after initial discussion between me and Thomas.
He came up with the name "keitai" and also consulted
me about some other things (like extending to keitai in
general not only i-mode). Without him the list wouldn't
be what it is now, so big thanks to him.
Hopefully this clears things a bit and there isn't
unnesseccary forwarding mails back and forth anymore.
