I just bought the Motorola TIMEPORT which is a tri-band that can basically
operate anywhere in the world except for Japan.  Maybe one day there will be
one standard...will be very nice, but for now we practically need to wear a
holster for all our various electronic gadgets: phone(s), PIM, etc...
