Your question is nonsensical. 3G is the new wireless network
system, not a phone feature; 3G handsets will have as many colors
as the manufacturers feel like putting in. My understanding is
that 16-bit high-res LCD color displays remain too expensive
for phones (even the current 8-bit displays are horrendously
expensive), but this will of course change with time.
