Yes, there are third party billing systems for unofficial sites, but
none of them is as convenient as the Docomo billing system for both the
user and the content provider, because none of them allows payment via
the monthly phone bill paid to NTT Docomo.

Does someone know, which is the most widely third party billing system
used on mobile Internet sites in Japan? Webmoney? BitCash?
