Most of the replies have focussed on code but to my mind graphics are the biggest 
weakness of visually oriented midlets such as games.  If you can get hold of the jar 
file then it is relatively easy to create a new version of the application with different 
graphics.  Similarly if the application is largely data driven (for example level data) 
then would be hackers only need to reverse engineer your data not your 
application.

A similar situation was common in the early days of arcade games whereby a new 
game would be produced by reverse engineering the roms of an existing game and 
simply modifying the sprite graphics and/or level data.
