Nicolas,

In Japan the situation is that there is a gradual shift of the
whole economy to include the mobile internet. So today no
serious ad agency can afford not to include mobile components
in almost all their work. The biggest ad-agency in Japan is
Dentsu, and they are most likely also quantitatively they largest
mobile ad agency. Of course there are 100s of smaller ad agencies,
and some are specialized on mobile only.

Increasingly in Japan there is not anymore a split-off mobile
economy, but the mobile economy is integrated and penetrating
into the regular economy.

You'll find an overview of Japan's media in our J-media report:
http://www.eurotechnology.com/store/jmedia/

This report also contains a listing with market shares of the
top ad agencies in Japan.
