| TOKYO — Vodafone KK announced Tuesday that from Jan 19
| it will expand global roaming service areas in which
| customers can use their 3G handsets.

| With this expansion, voice roaming will now be available to Vodafone |
| customers traveling to:
| Bhutan,
| Zambia,
| Cameroon,
| Algeria,
| Anguilla,
| St Christoper-Nevis,
| and the Faroe Islands, thereby enabling them to make voice calls in a
| total of 137 countries and regions
