The Moblog UK guys have a really good interface for stills and video from
mobile to database via email - http://www.moblog.co.uk - it is open source
but it isn't free AFAIK. You'd need to talk to them about how they did it
(it's been running for a few years now) and what it [may] cost. Try Alfie
Dennen in the first place - alfie [at] moblog [dot] co [dot] uk.
