Not really. First, it's definitely not XML, though I use tags such
as "<br />". It's probably more accurate to call it "XML-ish HTML,"
actually. It has to be delivered as content-type "text/html".

Not really that much, once you figure it out, unless your layout is
particuarly complex. (In which case, again, you probably want to use
Flash because it will result in a much fancier site and reduce your
testing load considerably.)
