Excuse my frankness, but why do webpage designers/companies have separate 
simple search and advanced search pages?  It's just another click-and-wait 
step as far as I can see.  Why not put the options on the same page -- e.g., 
on a slit left/right page, so that the viewer can easily see the options 
without having to scroll down to realize that there's another option 
(another annoying feature on many websites). I hope I'm not speaking in 
ignorance of any technical difficulty in doing this...
