I believe the specs are not freely available yet - we're under an NDA.
Also it seems that for the first few months (at least) applications can
only be downloaded from J-Phone's dedicated Java server meaning that
only official providers can provide such contents (and we all thought
that DoCoMo was closed!). It does, however, allow J-Phone to provide a
more flexible, less restrictive API which will undoubtedly pave the way
for more exciting applications.
