These are both great, but they're not a free Win/Eng TTF.

Enfour's english emoji-font page:

Henry's link includes bonus emoji #E686 to #E6CD, which aren't on
docomo's emoji page. thanks! wish I'd seen it a month ago. :]

Still looking to make that magic font. Nothing accelerates like
frictionless development.
