If I remember correctly, I saw <center> working similar to an html
<blockquote> tag with English text in that there's an indent on both sides
(so yes, fewer characters allowed per line), whereas I believe the <div
align="center"> didn't have the same problem...I'm not sure, since I don't
often get a chance to use a J-Phone.
