I had some early warning on this.  This is another
piece of evidence for what someone (?) said earlier:
it helps to be a seasoned consumer electronics
manufacturer, not just a major telecom equipment
provider.  Fujitsu....well, they do a lot of
things well, but I can't think of some category-
killer they've done in consumer electronics
(forgetting PCs for the moment).  Sony, on the
other hand, makes no telecom equipment I'm
aware of, but has the fastest 503-series phone.
(OK, OK, there was a recall, but they have time
to get it right....)
