Most are still at 3 I think - lots of applications work on 3. I have moved
to 4 as reasonable Japaanese support was introduced at 4.06. However, it
works a little differently in 4, so you can't just move 3.x J.scripts
without a rewrite. If you need more info, mail me directly.
