Actually this isn't MML, but it is Jsky HTML which is related to MML.
I used this and some sites it linked to to get me started on the
site I am working on now.. (It was VERY helpful).

(Just as a gripe, I just found out with Forms and JSky, when I tried to
use both the ? & syntax for an action and INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN,
that the two JPhones I tested with appended the first
hidden input with a ? instead of an & symbol. The server
got kind of annoyed at that and threw Exceptions on me,
until I stopped doing that.)
