I've just been playing with the new Foma
D-something-something-something-something, complete with two video cameras.
The good news is, it's big enough to stop trucks rolling away. The bad news
is, it ate two batteries in two hours. And none of this hi-touch
techno-thingy video mode selection utility function key sequence: brute
force and ignorance applied to a sliding lever on the back causes a complex
string and pulley mechanism to grind into action, tortuously dragging hidden
but apparently large internal components into place. In the restaurant
people were diving for cover at the sound of something being locked and
loaded.
