One of if not the leading unofficial site, called magic island, provides a
site creation service. more than 1.2 million pages have been created by
i-mode (and some j-sky and ez web) subscribers. while it is hard to
estimate how many subscribers have created multiple pages, clearly there
are a lot of "developers" if you use a broad definition of "developers."
