This is a bit off (topic and in the future) but the
MIT Media Lab "Buildings that Think" project includes some demos of "lights=
witches" and "lightbulbs" that include a built in web server / browser. T=
his allows the switch to communicate more information to the light rather=
than "on/off" ... and enables the light to understand these more complic=
ated messages.
