Vodafone to launch UMTS by Septmber/October 2004 reports Mako Analysis

In a recent announcement Mako Analysis reports that Vodafone is 
preparing for a full 3g launch by the September/October timeframe when 
the operator expects to have sufficient coverage in the main EU markets 
(45-50% United Kingdom, 30% Germany).

Mako Analysis also reports that the offer will include a data flat rate 
of 60, 30 and 10 euros for 30, 10 and 2 hours of unlimited data trasfer 
connections. Also traffic based rates will be offered with a monthly 
charge of 60, 30 and 10 euros for data traffic of 150, 50 and 10 MB.
