(keitai-l) qr-code enabled phones in Japan

Hi,
I am trying to get more precise data on the number of handsets in Japan 
that have a QR-code reader. I read smth recently giving those numbers 
in the range of over 50% of the new handsets for the 3 main makers 
etc... but I can't find it again.
If you had some of this data for the new handsets or already sold ones 
that would really help me.
