notice that Opera has an office in Hatagaya Daiitchi Seimei building
in Shibuya. I hope you can bring these problems to their attention so
they can improve their Japanese-facing web pages...
If all you want is to install the Opera Mini Browser on your handset,
then navigate your handset's browser to http://mini.opera.com. Then,
once you've clicked through the make and model selection (or bet
everything on Generic MIDP2), you'll get a chance to change the
preferred language to Japanese before you download OTA.
