http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gyaru-moji does contain what are mostly
used by "gyaru".
$B!J(B*$B!-"&!.(B*) are not included in the above URL, as it is not gyaru-moji.
And, stuffs like $B%-&,(,(,(B($B!,"O!,(B)$B(,(,(,(B!!!!! are well known as
being used by "mania", for example in the notorius 2channel.
