(keitai-l) Javascript support on mobilephone in Japan

I am a new member here...

I want to ask for the current condition of javascript support on mobilephone
in Japan,
data for the main players or device types will also be helpful...

If they dont support javascript but have other similar web dynamic
clientside rendering mechanism, I would be glad to hear it too...
