Dear IandI Asia Tokyo Members and Friends,
It is our pleasure to inform you that our fourth speaking event held on
October 25th was a huge success. We are certain that many of you enjoyed
the session with Mr. John Nesheim, the author of a great book "High Tech
Start Up." Some of you may already start to see this book in Japanese
displayed at the major book stores.
IandI's fifth event will have Mr. Hidehiko Yuzaki, CEO and Representative
Director of ACCA Networks Co., Ltd. to speak the topic of "ACCA Networks -
how did I form a most well invested new venture in Japan".
Before starting this exciting broadband venture company, ACCA Networks, Mr.
Yuzaki worked at the Japan MITI - Japanese Ministry of International Trade
and Industry for ten years. During the time at MITI, he assisted in the
development of key policies including those that related to US-Japan trade
issues, plutonium and nuclear energy issues (after the Monju (FBR) crisis)
and product liability issues for small and medium enterprises.
Mr. Yuzaki also played a key role in the national policy planning during
the US-Japan auto crisis in 1993, as well as the interntional negotiations
with North Korean, European and other international organizations. Recently
Nikkei Business Magazine featured ACCA Networks about the huge investment
fund that Mr. Yuzaki has successfully obtained from the investors.
Mr. Yuzaki holds MBA from the Stanford University and BA in Law from the
University of Tokyo. He is a perfect bilingual and bicultural Japanese.
