If anybody feels like taking a whack at the following
three questions from European grad students writing
their thesis about imode, I'm sure they would
appreciate it. They seem to be getting conflicting
information. This is "history" for 5 points...

(1) What content was offered by i-mode at the launch?
(2) Was "transaction" the only existing category then? If so, was the
definition of "transaction" wider than today?
(3) How was DoCoMo involved in getting the initial content providers
going?
