Good idea, there Dave.  Or it would be, as long as these
phones also have security holes in ROM that permit Java giblets
to be downloaded without the user's knowing, and
triggered (as it were) at the most inopportune moments.....

No, don't go websearching for "Java giblets," I just made
that up.  (I think.)  What *do* you call applets for JavaPhones,
anyway?...."Chiclets"?
