(keitai-l) un/official imode sites

Can anyone tell me is there any way (without an iMode phone) of
distinguishing official from unofficial sites, either intrinsically (sounds
unlikely but I'm always hopeful) or in any other way at all (say, listing of
official sites)? I'm particularly interested in western-language sites at
this point.
