Absolutely right, but to some extent you can check for this using tools like
Tracert. Hence the *most likely* emphasis in the post.
I originally did wonder whether to post the comment because it is not fact,
simply an educated best guess by the developers. In the end I thought if it
saves someone else a few hours of developing time then it is probably worth
it. :)
