(keitai-l) Re: J-Phone characters per line

Hi again,

One last minor observation about centering, thanks to a note from Bill
Pellowe. At least on the J-P03 (Panasonic) if there are an odd number of
half-width chars on a line that is centered, the space on either side of the
chars appears to be divided to the nearest quarter-char. width.

So with 9 chars on a 16 char line, the remaining 7-char space appears to be
split to 3.5 char widths on either side of the 9 chars. Nonetheless, the
boundry for wrapping at the ends of lines still seems to be one full-width
char.
