You could use the P-in Compact (Compact Flash type) card from DoCoMo.

I have succesfully set up a standard ISP net connection on a Casio Cassiopeia
device before. It worked just like on a normal PC -- set up proxy, username,
password. The software that comes with the P-in Compact is in Japanese-only
though. Hence, for your device to display the settings correctly, you will
need a Japanese device.
