Does anyone have any thoughts regarding implementation of support for USIM
Application Toolkit (USAT) for application development as part of the FOMA
trial? The 3GPP has published detailed specs as to how this toolkit can be
implemented but as Japan has the first real rollout it would be great to
know the status. Personally I feel that since SIM toolkit had very little
real take up in the 2g world it may suffer a similar fate in 3g.
