Uh, I'm not going to say which one... but in at least one outpost,
you can sepreate the employess into two classes. Ones who don't
give a damned what their boss thinks and carry whatever phone they
want... and those who are worried about their career and begrudgingly
carry the politically correct phone (at least while at work). Of
course the company in question has the idiotic policy of offering
only a very slight discount for employees (and no discount for
contractors) who want to buy company equipment. This was demonstraited
very vividly one day when a rebel employee was asked (very quitely)
by her supervisor why she didn't carry company equipment... and a
very loud answer resounded from her cubicle that she felt that it
was important to carry a well designed phone that worked while at
work (which demonstrates a very important rule that PHB's should
adhear to: don't ask what you think to be rethorical question if
you aren't prepared to hear a non-rethorical answer!)
