SDKs in English can be downloaded from
http://developer.openwave.com/download/index.html. Both WML and HDML
SDKs are available - XHTML SDK should also be available soon.

Thanks! How did you get the English SDK? Did you find that you had to
become an approved tu-ka developer or anything like that? Right now I am
interested in writing HDML, maybe the English SDK would be better.
