Just some examples of what you migh find and who migh make it include:

Discretes: 
(Produced by a wide variety of supliers, and very cheep)
for RF, Logic, Periferal, Keyboard, and Analog

ICs: 
RF from TI, Panasonic, NEC, Fujitsu, etc...  Qualcomm for cdma
Memory from Intel, Amtel, Sharp, Fujitsu, etc...

Modules (SAW, Circulator, Ocillator, Crystal)
Murata and others

Peripherals
Speaker (Matsushita etc...)
Battery (Sony, Matsushita, etc...)
Keyboard

and a piece of plastic to make the outside

The 100Yen devices you can buy in Akihabara are just mock
ups. There are no electronics inside. But check at least the
guts of an old Sony CDMA one phone in our section "Keitai
Autopsy":
