I notice this uses tables (when I browse it from the web, at least).
Is it sniffing the browser and returning browser specific code or is it
just discriminating against older phones, I wonder... Anyone with an old
phone care to comment on what the tables tag does to the layout. Is it
just ignored?
Since it is open to the web, it would be nice if it sent gifs to browsers
rather than emoji...
Still, it is at least another way for the US Embassy to be
not-terribly-helpful to US citizens.
