I am deeply skeptical - colour imode have been available in Japan for ages
- and this, bless, is not a country averse to the odd bit of naked
flesh.... No "smut" alas, that is an English concept parasitic on English
prudery.) Yet "adult" services have not expanded much beyond adult dating
sites and the like. Down here in Sunny F, some DeliHealth* clubs advertise
their schedules on the net, with real time info about which girls are on,
which are new, schedules and the like - all with pictures, messages from
the girl. Such sites are database driven and the girl is just a click on
the phone emoji away.... But the lack of Jpeg support is an issue, not to
mention the fact that what keitai provide is essentially a micro-private
space in a wider public space, whereas to respond appropriately to pr0n,
one requires a macro-private space. (At least lest one wants to be
arrested...)

On-phone cameras and the ability to upload to servers will provide an
active non-commercial sector ("my subway journey", etc etc) but I suspect
that European countries are less tolerant than dear old Nippon in such
matters.....

Nick

*DeliHealth = "delivery health" (The word "health" has an almost
exclusively pornographic meaning in Japanese English. Think of "delivery
pizza...")
