My logical guesses (possibilities till someone posts a definitive answer).
1. Official Partners may not be equivalent to official sites for some partners
will have more than 1 site! In addition sometimes 2 or more partners may be working together
on 1 site. I know examples of both of these, so it depends who is calculating the
number.
2. Ignoring the possibility that Stuart's figures might be wrong...
maybe the number on the i-mode menu is hardcoded and someone forgot to update it.
(I've seen this before....on other sites).
3. Maybe Stuart's figures include sites that are on trial i-mode menu for Europe.
4. Probably some combination of the above 3 guesses.
