section 3 could not make up its mind - I have "without charge" and
"gratuitously" in there, but marked as "deleted".
I noted this off list, but it seems not to be a priority to fix.
I am grateful that it has been released "free" in whatever sense, but
Intadev have been frighteningly naive about the whole license issue.
That's potentially dangerous for them.
