Can a third-party Java applet on a J-Phone handset with camera access the
camera? Or the image store?
My reason for asking is that I am pondering the possibilities of 3rd-party
e-mail applications bypassing the operator-provided messaging system. I have
read that some people are using i-appli POP clients, but there is no great
advantage given that there is no 'per message' charge. But in Europe, where
we pay Eu0.1 per message...
