how exactly does docomo charge for doja app communication?
it is understood that it costs \0.3/128bytes, but with doja apps, is the
url to which the doja app connects for communication included in the
charge, or only the bytes transferred after the connection is established?
in other words, does the user pay more if his/her doja app connects to a
long url (e.g. http://www.thisisjustasamplelongurl.com/longservletname) or
a short url (e.g. http://www.cool.ws/servlet)? or is the connecting url
*not* figured into the packet charge?
