(keitai-l) Does SH251iS have english menus?

Can anybody tell me whether the new SH251iS has English menus?  I just got this phone, but I don't know Japaneese, so it's hard for me to figure things out.  I know that some Japaneese phones also support English, but I wasn't able to find that option on this phone.
