I assume you are talking about i-mode in Japan. Here are some answers:
(1) forget about the english ones, the number of users is neglible
compared to the Japanese i-mode sites
(2) the meaning of "best" depends much on what your criteria are.
We work a lot with US and European companies, and in some cases these
need to know their competition, or they want to sell some service to
imode site operators, or they want to bring content to Europe, or in
your case maybe you want to take content to the US, or help US
content owners go onto the i-mode menu. In each case the criteria
for ranking are different and "best" has a different meaning.
(3) there are several totally different classes of i-mode sites.
For example, the most accessed i-mode site is the "i-menu" itself
(many people forget this) and actually DoCoMo always has sideways
scrolling banner on line 3 there - this must be by far the "best"
place on i-mode to advertise!!! So that is really your "best" place
on i-mode by all criteria. Another much accessed site are the
weather sites. If your criteria are "entertainment value", then
that's not the top site, by access it is, etc etc
