Speaker Bio:
Jay Aguilar is currently Director of Engineering at DASC, Inc. 
(www.dasc.com) He has been a developer of pervasive software and 
embedded computing for 10 years. He has provided consulting and 
engineering services to major companies like: Yahoo, Network 
associates, 
Seagate Technologies, BEA Systems, and UBS Warburg PaineWebber. 
Jay also is a freelance wireless writer/researcher for UBS Warburg 
PaineWebber. His research provides institutional investors the 
means make decisions for private or public potential investments.

Since the first BREW 2001 developer conference, he has been an 
authenticated Qualcomm BREW developer. He holds a B.S. in Computer 
Science from the University of California Irvine.

He has worked with Macmillan Computer Publishing to publish books such 
as: “Developing Enterprise Applications-An Impurist’s View”
(ISBN: 0-7897-2269-0), “Using XML 1.0” (ISBN: 0-7897-1996-7)
