Yes. Take a look at this page:

which contains a matrix of available sizes and how they can be sent. It
says, basically, that via i-shot you can send only "i-shot small" (144 x 144)
and "i-shot large" (288 x 352) by i-shot, but you can save both those,
the 240 x 320 images, and VGA (640 x 480) images to the memory card.

All of the 505 series have this chart available.
