(keitai-l) A question about email on phones in Japan

Simple question.

Is there a POP I can use ... to read emails that have been sent to my
phone ... on a standard desktop computer.  

That is, let's say I'm at my desk in an office ... can I read some of
the emails that have been sent to the phone via. a standard email POP
interface?
