I have just been to read it and as far as I can see it is not actually terribly specific. It woffles on a lot about "your privacy being important to us" etc etc and says member websites of its network should not spam. Nooper is a subsidiary, not a member website. Perhaps someone from Value Click could point out the exact legal terms under which data collected by Nooper will be covered?
