Actually, Toshiba hasn't even begun sampling the drive yet and doesn't
expect mass production until 2005 .... but it may still have the same
impact on cellphones and other portable digital electronics.

Toshiba has just released a HDD compatible woth keitai installation.
It has the capacity of 2gb or 3gb and will be probably integrated into
phones in 2004.
This will be great for any content and open the way to new device type
merging.
