For Canada both Microcell and Rogers have GPRS roaming agreements with Wind, see http://www.wind.it/it/privati/roaming/gprs.php

In a related question, does anyone here know if any of the
Canadian operators have a working GPRS agreement with Wind?
Or can anyone tell me who might have the answer to that question?
(I too am trying to test an iMode DoJa app from outside Europe.)
